How long will it take you to make my order and how long does delivery usually take?

All orders will be processed as soon as possible. Our current processing time is 2-3 weeks.

We ship using Australia Post, which may occasionally experience delays in delivery times due to a high volume of mail.

Please allow 3-13 business days for standard shipping and 1-5 business days for express shipping. Alternative timeframes may apply to WA.

For assurance and the ability to track your parcel, please select either the express or tracked upgrades for shipping

WHAT IF AN ITEM IS RETURNED?

If a customer's order is returned to the sender/seller for ANY reason the customer is responsible for paying for re-shipment.

Do you accept returns, cancellations or exchanges?

Please ensure you select your custom / personalised items carefully before purchasing and ensure that spelling and personalisation are correct.

Due to the custom nature of our items, we do not accept returns, cancellations, exchanges or requests for alterations. We ask that you communicate any specific requests through our message conversation during the order process. We only know about a preference or request if you specify it in your message. We will always do our best to accommodate your requests!

Do you send photos of custom orders before shipping?

We are unable to send photos or create mock-ups before the production and shipment of every order. If you would like a photo or design proof, we do have a proof package listing for purchase. Item has not arrived or was damaged in transit

Sunshine Custom Creative is not liable for packages that are delayed in transit, lost by the shipping carrier, or stolen-- all circumstances which are beyond our control. Once we hand your item over to the shipping carrier it is their responsibility to deliver the item-- please contact the shipping carrier directly regarding delays or lost packages. If you suspect mail theft you can obtain the GPS coordinates of the last scan point from the shipping carrier and file a mail theft report with your local police department. If your item arrives and has been damaged in transit, please contact us ASAP and keep the item and all packaging. As per Australia Post policy, you will be required to take these items to the post office and lodge a claim.

Are jars included?

Our custom label items include the LABEL ONLY - jars are not included unless stated in the listing.
The glass jars pictured in our listings are mainly from K-Mart and come in a large range of sizes.

Are the labels removable?

Our labels are usually printed on good quality, permanent vinyl. If you would prefer your labels to be made on removable vinyl, please let us know. Please note that removable vinyl is still a very high-quality product and should not peel or lift at all.

If a sale starts after I place my order will you refund the difference?

The price paid is the price of the item at the time of your order. For example, if the item is in a 10% off sale a week after you order we do not go back and refund all previous customers that 10% off amount.
