Washers have a round hole and are also called e.g. washers. These washers are preferably used together with hexagon head screws, machine screws, nuts, threaded rods, self-locking nuts, spring washers and body washers for all applications in steel and wood construction, as well as protective elements for surfaces.
The washers are made of high quality materials and stamped by hand.
All seals are 4mm thick.

- Material: rubber cork
- Thicknesses: 4mm
- available in different sizes:
M8 outer diameter of 25.00mm and inner diameter of 9.00mm
M10 outer diameter of 30.00mm and inner diameter of 10.00mm
M12 outer diameter of 35.00mm and inner diameter of 14.00mm
M14 outer diameter of 42.00mm and inner diameter of 15.00mm
M16 outer diameter of 46.00mm and inner diameter of 17.00mm

Large washers like these serve to better distribute the force and thus prevent damage to the work by tearing, tearing or digging into the material through the screw.
The cork granulate rubber mixture is characterized by good acid and weather resistance as well as limited resistance to ozone and alkalis. Compared to other sealing sheets, rubber cork is abrasion-resistant due to its composition. The material also has a high density and mechanical strength, which makes it possible to isolate airborne and acoustic noise. For this reason, the material is used as a vibration-isolating sealing material, among other things for impact sound insulation. Another advantage includes the compressive strength and dimensional stability of the material.
The advantages and material properties at a glance
Seals and rollers made of rubber cork are characterized by the following advantages:

Good acid resistance
Good weather resistance
Conditional resistance to ozone and alkalis
Abrasion and pressure resistant
Thermally insulating
Sound and heat insulating
In summary, rubber cork is resistant to various thermal and mechanical loads. As a result, the sealing material is suitable as a soundproofing and thermally insulating sealing material for a wide variety of applications.
