Small vase for dried flowers in jesmonite, terrazzo concrete, ceramic powder Raysin

Unfortunately, the color green does not correspond to the product images, but is quite intense (see attached pictures). In addition, the vase is not well processed in some places. Degrees in the lower area are both the color transitions very coarse, as well as the processing, since the vase has some cracks and defects (just in the base area). I was very positively surprised by the fact that matching dried flowers were supplied free of charge. On a positive note, I would also like to emphasize that the shipping was very fast and everything was packed unbreakably. I did not use the customer service.

I ordered the coasters. These arrived very lovingly packed with me. Unfortunately, one element was damaged by the transport route. The shop owner Camila responded directly to my message and suggested a quick solution/replacement. I am grateful for this great courtesy and the unexpected personal delivery. The coasters are beautiful and decorative. I have already recommended them. This will certainly not be my last order with Camila. :-)
