Custom orders are welcome! I will be happy to create a custom product just for you. I can knit in other colors and sizes. Please contact me before placing your order. We will discuss all the details. Please note that custom orders cannot be returned.

Each sweater description contains a size table for a specific model. Please review and choose the size that suits you best.
Since the product is hand knitted, the dimensions may vary by 1-2 cm.

A mohair sweater should be hand washed.
Important note: Try to keep the wash and rinse water at the same temperature.
• Wash (about 30 degrees) in water, using a mild detergent recommended for washing wool, or even regular hair shampoo
• Remove dirt particles carefully, without strong rubbing. • Rinse in clean water. DO NOT use fabric softener. You can use hair conditioner instead
• After this, lightly squeeze it with your hands without twisting the item. You can use a clean towel to remove more water.
• It is better to dry the sweater on a flat surface on a dry towel.

Your order will be packed in thin paper and then in a waterproof bag for better preservation during delivery.

If your items have not arrived within 35 days, please contact me. This will allow me to log an investigation through Help Desk. If the package is officially declared lost, I guarantee a 100% refund.

You can return the goods within 14 days from the date of receipt of the order.
