Non personalized files are ready for download immediately after purchase. Etsy will send you a link by email to download your new print.

Lost or damaged item:
For lost items a replacement will be send once it is declared lost by the delivery company.
For damaged items please contact me with photos that clearly show the damage. Photos of the packaging are also required showing any damage that could have occurred in transit so a claim can be opened with the delivery company. A replacement will then be send.

Most items can be personalized. Please message me before purchase if you would like an item to be personalized (a fee may apply for making the requested changes). Custom orders and personalized prints cannot be refunded or returned unless they are defective, faults, marks, etc. Please double check spelling for personalized orders before placing the order as replacements or refunds will not be given if the personalization was entered incorrectly.
