How to Download Your Purchase

NOTE: You can't download your digital files from the Etsy app. When using your computer, iPhone or iPad you'll need to bypass the app by using your device’s browser (Safari or Chrome). 1. Go to www.etsy.com and click Your Account (your profile picture) in the top right corner beside the shopping cart. 2. Click Purchases and reviews. 3. Find your purchase. To the right, click the large button that says DOWNLOAD FILES. (This button will be greyed out if your payment is still processing. Pease wait a minute or two and it will be ready for download.) 4. On the right, click the DOWNLOAD button. It will now be saved to your computer.

Downloading to Goodnotes or Digital Planning App (1)

1. Once downloaded from etsy.com you’ll click on the “export” button in the top right corner. It looks like a square with an arrow pointing upward. 2. Open the “Share Sheet” which has two rows of icons: the top row is in color and the bottom row is gray. 3. If you’ve installed the Goodnotes app on your iPad it will show up in the top row of colored icons and say “Copy to Goodnotes”, click and it will open into the app automatically. 4. A dialog box will open that says “Import From” at the top. The key here is to ensure you are importing The Digital Planner as NEW document, not adding it on to an existing document. 5. If you see blue text near the top of the box that says “Before Current Page / After Current Page” it means you have a document open in Goodnotes already, and it’s about to attach the PDF to it. You don’t want that. 6. If it is saving the document to the right place the blue text at the bottom of the Dialog Box should say “Import as New Document”. Click on that blue text. 7. A black progress box will show on the screen. It is importing the PDF. This might take a minute, but once the black box disappears it means the PDF has been imported to Goodnotes. It should now show up in your documents list on the home screen of Goodnotes and you are ready to get started!

Downloading on your iPhone or iPad

You can't download your Etsy digital files from the Etsy app when using your iPhone or iPad. You'll need to bypass the app by: 1. Using your device's browser (either Safari or Chrome) type in Etsy.com and go directly to Etsy. 2. On the Etsy website sign in to your account if you're not already logged in. 3. Click on YOU in the upper right corner which will likely have your Etsy name. This is your account tab. 4. A dropdown box will appear and click on "purchases and reviews." 5. Choose the item you want to save and click the "download files" button. 6. Click on the link for the file you want to download. 7. You will be asked to confirm, so just tap on the "download" button. 8. Now you will see a down
