Custom and personalized orders

Every item is made to order so I can also accommodate a lot of personalized requests such as different colors, stamped initials or other small adjustments. Always feel free to reach out and I will always try my best to accommodate any personalized requests. If you are looking for a completely custom order I would also love to work with you to create the perfect item for you.

Returns and Order Cancellation

Due to the custom nature of my products (everything is made to order), I cannot accept returns at the moment. For similar reasons I also do accept order cancellations 24h after the order has been placed because the product will already be in production. In case you want to cancel your order 24h after ordering, reach out to me, if I have not yet started the production of the item I can cancel the order for you.

What if my package is delayed/lost in transit or stolen?

My shop is not liable for packages that are delayed by the shipping carrier, or stolen. All these factors are beyond my control. Once I hand over the package it is the responsibility of the shipping carrier to deliver the item correctly and on time. In case of any problems please contact the Shipping carrier directly. All my items are shipped via DHL as that is the shipping carrier I always had the best experience with. For my german customers that means I can also deliver your package to a Packstation if desired.
