HOW TO USE IT
1. Download the two PDF files after purchase.
2. Open the fillable PDF (e.g., free Adobe Acrobat Reader or Preview on Mac), click the fields, type, save.
3. Or print the printable version and fill it out by hand on the construction site.

GOOD TO KNOW
• For businesses in Germany and Austria. For Switzerland, the "Government Report" with Swiss terminology is available in the shop.
• The form does not calculate automatically – you enter the totals yourself.
• Not in Word or Excel format, but PDF.

USE
You may fill out, print, and distribute the form to your clients as many times as you like within your own company. However, you may not distribute or sell the blank form.

REVOCATION
For digital content, your right of withdrawal expires if you expressly agree before the end of the withdrawal period that we begin providing the content and acknowledge that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal (§ 356 para. 5 BGB).
