Custom and personalized orders

If you like something of my work but in a different color, fabric, size, style, please don’t be shy and feel free to send me a message. All the products are handmade on spot, after your order is placed. So if is a customer order after it has been approved by you and ordered up-front, the production will start. It will be ordered upfront because I may have to order supplies myself. Custom orders can take from 3-5 business days, depending on the order size and workload.

When my order it will be available if I order now?

Your order is ready to ship usually in 1-3 business days in a very reliable pack for any international destination. Although we make our best to be faster, due to a third party involved, usually postal services, we make no warranty about the timeliness of delivery once shipped. Please check our estimated shipping time to have a better idea for your area. In crowded times before holidays might take longer than usual. Please order in time or have understanding about unusual situations.

What option do I have if I want my order to arrive faster?

If you decide either or please send select before checkout. 1. Express EUR29. This means about 8 business days delivery or less depending on your area. Please select before checkout. 2. DHL Express EUR35. This means about 6 business days delivery or less depending on your area. This is the fastest we can ship. Please see before checkout. When can I have a refund?

Sometimes it might happen to change your mind. We understand and also we want to be fair with you, our time and work. So is totally fine: 1.If you want to cancel your order in the first 24h and it si not shipped. 2. After an order is retuned and received back in the same conditions was sent. 3. The order is not yet received and you have put a note at the time of purchase with a specific time frame for delivery. We will issue a refund after the order it will be received back to us unworn. 4. If is our fault and received back in the same conditions. Please understand that for orders with any 5pcs or any discount it is considered a personalized order due to the time involved, materials and custom details, so we can not issue any refund.

My refund it will be 100%?

We only want to be fair with you and our time. Please understand if: 1. It is our fault - yes. 2. You didn't collected from postal office, or shipping carrier or not paying customs fees - no. Shipping cost or 50% of the order if it is free shipping it will not be refundable due to processing costs.
