During the our new living arrangements, since one of our members has moved to Germany and the other stayed in Serbia, some purchases will be shipped from Bonn, Germany, and others from Belgrade, Serbia. Every listing has the information about the country of origin, so please check it before you purchase because there is a significant time difference in delivery. German Post just do it faster, and the items form Serbia tends to travel a bit longer, especially to some other continent that is not Europe.

!!! IMPORTANT NOTE regarding the NEW SHIPPING PRICES:*****
Starting from the 01.01.2019. the Deutsche Post changed the rules regarding the shipping possibilities for international shipments. Until this date, we sent all our items as a normal international letter and it costed 6.20 Euro, but starting from this date they have a new rule. We are not able any more to send it as a normal letter because only documents and postcards can be sent that way, but we have to send it as a small package or a packet which rises the shipping costs. That means, the price for international shipping inside the European Union is 9 Euros, and for Switzerland, United Kingdom and everywhere else is 16 Euros.

All purchases will be shipped within 3 business days after receiving the payment, even if we will make our best to ship within 48 hours (weekend and holiday aside). We ship our products from Serbia and from Germany. So please, take a look where from the item you want to buy is shipping form, if it is of any importance for you.

Standard shipping method is recommended international shipment by Post of Serbia and Deutsche Post with Tracking info which will be sent to you once item has shipped.

For shipmens sent from Serbia:
Please note that you will be able to track the parcel online through the Post of Serbia Service, then you will be able to track it on your national website if you are from Europe. Regarding USA, Canada and Australia, tracking is no longer available for shipments from Serbia (we do not know the reason, even the employees from our Postal don`t know as well), so you will be able to track it while it is still in Serbia, but after it gets to one of these countries, you just have to wait for the shipment to arrive.

There are usually no problems in tracking the orders sent from Germany, except if the country of destination doesn`t allow it from some reason.

SHIPPING FEES

PLEASE NOTE that any custom fees, duties (tariffs), or taxes are the sole responsibility of the buyer. Because every country has different fees, these charges are NOT included in the shipping charges if there are any. Please contact your local customs office to determine what these fees will be before making your purchase.

♥ ♥ Due to custom controls, some parcels could take up to 3-4 weeks, sometimes more than a month (especially during the holidays or some major political events) we are not responsible for lost, damages, customs delays and/or extra fee;

♥ ♥ Should you wish a special shipping service (such as insurance, expedite shipping,...) please let us know prior to your transaction, so we can send you a quotation and eventually adjust the shipping price.

♥ ♥ We are not responsible for items being delayed, held or confiscated by a country's customs department... it is up to the buyer to investigate any customs issues;

SHIPPING - UNCLAIMED PACKAGES:

If an item comes back to us marked as unclaimed for any reason, we are not responsible for any shipping fees. The item will be relisted without refund unless the buyer contacts us, asking for the item to be reshipped at their own expense.
