Right of revocation:

1.)You can revoke your declaration of intent to conclude the contract without stating reasons within 14 days in writing a letter, e-mail or message on Etsy Bohémian Blue Boutique – if the goods are left for you before the period expires - by returning the goods. The period commences at the earliest on receipt of this instruction. Sending the revocation or the goods within the time limit shall be sufficient to amount to compliance to the revocation period. The period begins upon receipt of this instruction in writing, but not before receiving the goods to the consignee (in case of recurring deliveries of similar goods not before receiving the first partial delivery) and also does not fulfill our information obligations under Article 246 § 2 in connection with und 2 EGBGB and our obligations according to § 312e paragraph 1 sentence 1 BGB in conjunction with Article 246 § 3 BGB. To observe the revocation, the dispatch in time is sufficient.

If one party to a contract has contractually reserved the right to revoke or if he has a statutory right of revocation, then, in the case of revocation, performance received and emoluments taken are to be returned. If the received services all or part, can't be returned or just in declined condition, we have the right to reserve compensation for the lost value. For a service with designated use still suffering declined condition, you dont have to compensate for lost value.

4.) You have to bear the costs of return, if the deliverd goods match the ordered ones and are in the described condition. Obligation to refunds of payment have to be fulfilled within 30 days. The period begins for you with the dispatch of the revocation or the goods, for us with the receipt. End of rights of revocation.

Widerrufsrecht

Bei der Überlassung von Sachen gilt dies nicht, wenn die Verschlechterung der Sache ausschließlich auf deren Prüfung – wie sie Ihnen etwa im Ladengeschäft möglich gewesen wäre – zurückzuführen ist.
