For embossing I use Arial font with all uppercase letters and the height of the letters is 1/3" up to 4 letters. Etched metal letters on the stamps are heated up and branded deep into the leather with up to 3000 pounds force. Please leave a note with initials in the personalization box. The laser beam heats the leather surface, burning out and vaporizing the outer layer of leather. For engraved leather, the design appears darker than the surrounding area due to shadows and the color change caused by the process.

Great material, looks great, feels great. However, it's a bit of a snug fit, even though the dimensions are correct. This is due to it's huge nose stand in the middle, inside. I managed to get mine in, but I had to develop a technique, even though I can fit my shades in the original RayBan case of the same size, no problem. I'd decrease the size of the nose bridge inside. Other than that, it's a great item.
