A lantern made from a handmade concrete base as a base, in which both a normal and a jumbo tea light can be placed. A wine bottle I cut myself serves as a windbreak. The cut surface is naturally ground to avoid injuries. However, possible unevenness of the cut surface cannot always be avoided!
The wine bottle will fog up briefly from the inside in the first few minutes, which is normal. After a short warm-up phase, the water vapor should have evaporated.
The lantern has an approximate weight of approx. 1080g and is therefore very stable. Of course, the concrete base has felt pads glued underneath so that the surface on which the lantern stands is protected against scratching. At the same time, the oxygen supply to the candle is ensured through a hole in the base and the chimney effect.
If necessary, half the glass bottle should only be touched at the very bottom part, as the upper part naturally gets hot.
I designed this lantern for all sorts of occasions such as weddings, birthdays for the garden or simply as an evening accompaniment in the house. The tea light is not included in the scope of delivery.
