The Pinsa Romana is in a way the predecessor of the well-known Italian pizza. The big difference: The Pinsa Romana is much more taste-intensive and much more digestible. Five different flours are used here and due to the long fermentation time – up to 72 hours – this type of pizza is much better to digest.
If you have digestive problems after a conventional pizza, you should try a Pinsa Romana.
Best of all, you can prepare the Pinsa Romana yourself with this baking mixture of original pizza flour, spelt flour, whole wheat flour, rice flour and chickpea flour. You just have to buy a baking mix instead of five different flours.
All you have to do is add water to the baking mix, which is guaranteed to be without undesirable additives, and wait 72 hours. Prepare a delicious Pinsa Romana.
Due to the long fermentation time, the baking mixture can cope with very little yeast.
The Pinsa Romana is baked in the oven like a normal pizza and can be served before baking or even afterwards.
500g baking mixture of original Italian pizza flour, spelt flour, whole wheat flour, rice flour and chickpea flour. Salt and dry yeast are also included.

for 500g baking mix for 5.99€ plus shipping 4,99€ for ne pizza for 4 people is more than completely overpriced!
and can contain traces of nuts, etc.? How do traces of nuts get in there?
Hallo Stefani, wie schon per Mail geschrieben, tut es mir Leid, dass du nicht zufrieden bist. Wir verwenden aber hochwertige Mehle, die leider nicht gerade günstig sind. Was die Spuren von Nüssen angeht: Die Angabe steht auf der Packung, weil unsere Lieferanten unter anderem neben Mehl auch Nüsse in ihren Fabriken verarbeiten. Die Angabe ist nur eine Vorsichtsmaßnahme.
Delicious baking mix, the dough actually gets better the longer it pulls. Of course a little difficult to process, but with a little flour it is possible. Definitely thumbs up 👍

Hallo Paolo, es tut mir Leid, dass du nicht zufrieden warst. Wir verwenden aber durchaus hochwertige Mehle, die extra auf die lange Gehzeiten ausgelegt ist.
