The delicate earhooks are made of sterling silver. The pendant is a wooden hexagon with a diameter of 20 mm and brass with a diameter of 25 mm.

INFORMATION ABOUT THE PRODUCTION:
MOMOKO gives woods a second life. The wood I use comes largely from old pieces of furniture or from leftovers of various carpenters. The geometric wood moulds for the "PULCHRA SILVA" series are cut out of wooden panels about 2 millimetres thick using a laser, sanded and oiled in several layers. The transparent and high-quality wood oil used is food-safe and therefore harmless to humans and animals. The paint gives the wood jewelry important properties. It protects against stains, such as coffee, wine, fruit or water stains, and is saliva and sweat-resistant.

INFORMATION ABOUT THE 925 SILVER:

For the ear hooks I use 925 silver. Also known as sterling silver, the alloy consists of 92.5 percent pure silver. Compared to fine silver, sterling silver is harder on the one hand and on the other hand the addition of copper reduces the cracking (tearing) during solidification. Compared to 800 or 835 silver, it tarnishes much less. Nevertheless, you should consider some care instructions.

a) Take off the earrings to sleep.
b) Take off the ear hooks when showering or bathing.
c) If you are not wearing the earrings, protect them from light. Simply put them back in the supplied jewelry box.
d) Clean the silver with a silver cloth when it tarnishes black. This is available in every drugstore.
