For refunds that are not related to quality, a $100 replenishment fee for each ring will be deducted. The buyer is responsible for the return charge. 
I do not accept the following returns:

* Full eternity rings
* Ring size more than 9 US
* Custom orders, including custom curved rings to fit your main ring.
* Engraved rings

If you want to cancel an order that has been placed for more than 24 hours, a replenishment fee of $100 for each ring will be charged.

An order usually takes 2-3 weeks for making and 3-6 days for shipping(within the US).
Rush orders and shipping upgrades are two options for getting your order to you faster.
We can speed up the production of your ring and complete it within 2 weeks if you place a rush order. Purchasing a shipping upgrade means paying an extra shipping fee to expedite the shipping(1-2 days / overnight).
You can pick one based on your timetable, or you can choose both to ensure that your rings arrive as soon as possible.

Engraving service is available and costs $2. Usually, the smaller the size, the fewer characters (20 characters for 7 US).

We provide services in larger size, at an additional cost of $30 per ring.

You can pay any deposit at will.
After receiving 50% payment, I will start its work and ship it once the balance is received. please make sure you pay the balance within six months.

Please note that we do not offer free resizing, exchanges for rings that have been received.
Resizing. Within 5 days of receiving your order, we offer one free resizing. Please confirm your size before or within 5 days of placing your order. We will charge a $60 resizing fee per ring if you opt to resize it later and it is nearly done or has already shipped.
Most rings with a size difference of more than one US size are not resizeable and need to be redone. Full eternity rings cannot be resized.
Purchases of improper sizes are becoming increasingly common as more sellers sell rings. We want our customers to be more concerned about and cherish the ring they are purchasing. It's made for you. Thank you for your patience.
