Some people print on old book pages- probably royalty free images bought at a bookstore.
Not me :) I PAINT AND DRAW right on the page. One of a kind original art and prints of that art right here @ cookstah.etsy.com
I love to restore.I do 90% of my art on land-fill bound materials. I also give money every time I sell a piece to one of the most amazing non-profits ever: charity water.org... If you have restoration in your life you MUST pass it on.
That's me
I am totally committed to being green. That is why I love to restore things. My husband, some friends and I are currently restoring a building in our otherwise plain-'ol city. See it at whatisatlas.com
I blog at kelart.wordpress.com
Why "cookstah"? That is the name the senior class of 2005 gave to me and it stuck. :) I love that I am a teacher and an artist but that I don't teach art. It allows me to do two things I love and show other grown ups that they can too"
Thank you for being a part of restoration & small time art :)
