Since 2007 I'm a passionate Lampworker and make fascinating beads in my studio in the Black Forest of Germany.

When I saw a glass bead artist at work, I knew immediately that I wanted to be able to do that too.
After intensive research, I bought a starter set and started making pearls in the kitchen. Crooked and crooked but they were glass beads!
With the first beginner's course we started with practice, practice, practice.
Just 3 months later I registered my business and took part in a craft market.
Since then, I have attended several courses with international glass artists and learned so many new techniques and received inspiration.
Since I live in the Black Forest, it was obvious to design a Black Forest jewelry series. This is how Bollen hats made of Murano glass are now made of which bracelets, earrings, necklaces, pins and much more are created. arise.
The glass collection has been expanded to include another collection made of wood, which largely takes up the Black Forest theme.

1. Right of revocation / return
You can revoke your contractual declaration within 14 days without giving reasons in text form (e.B letter, fax, e-mail) or – if the item is handed over to you before the deadline – by returning the item, for finished items 30 days apply. The period begins by taking note of this instruction in text form, but not before receipt of the goods by the recipient (in the case of recurring deliveries of similar goods not before receipt of the first partial delivery) and also not before fulfillment of our information obligations according to §§ 312b para. 2. Costs of return
You have to bear the costs of the return if the delivered goods correspond to those ordered and if the price of the goods to be returned does not exceed an amount of 40 euros or if you have not yet paid the item at a higher price at the time of revocation.

3. Consequences of revocation / return
In the event of an effective revocation or an effective return, the services received by both parties shall be returned and any benefits derived (e.B interest or benefits of use) shall be surrendered.
In the event of deterioration of the goods, compensation for the value may be demanded. This does not apply if the deterioration of the goods is exclusively due to their inspection – as it would have been possible for you in a shop, for example. In addition, you can avoid the obligation to pay compensation for a deterioration caused by the intended use of the item by not using the goods as your property and refraining from anything that impairs their value. You do not have to pay compensation for any deterioration caused by the intended use of the item. Obligations to refund payments must be fulfilled within 30 days. XI. Returns processing

1. If you make use of your exchange option within 14 days of receipt of the goods, the purchase contract will lapse.
It is best to use our original packaging to return the goods to us in full. Please make sure that the return is sufficiently stamped.
2. In the event of damage caused by improper handling or defective packaging of the return, we reserve the right to assert claims for compensation.
3. If you have ordered in advance, we also need your complete account details (bank name, account number, bank code) in the event of a return so that we can transfer the value of the goods/return amount to your account.

XII. Place of jurisdiction

1. All legal relationships between us and a customer shall be governed exclusively by the law of the Federal Republic of Germany to the exclusion of the German IPR. The application of the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG) is excluded.
2. In the case of a mutual commercial purchase, the place of jurisdiction shall be the registered office of the Millefiori online shop. In this case, we are also entitled to sue the customer at his general place of jurisdiction.

Prepayment/Bank Transfer

If you decide to pay in advance, the goods will be shipped to our account no later than one working day after credit by the bank. A transfer by a credit institution can take a few days. The goods will only be shipped after the payment has been credited to our account.
Note for buyers: Payment in advance ensures that no one can place orders with us at your expense, as unfortunately happens again and again in the protection of the anonymity of the Internet. In addition, it is cheaper for you than cash on delivery. If something is wrong or if you want to cancel your order later in accordance with the consumer protection regulations, you will of course receive your money back. We want to win you as a customer in the long term and will do everything we can to satisfy you! When ordering in advance, we ask you to transfer the amount stated in the order confirmation to the above-mentioned account. The order number and your customer number must be stated as the intended use. If payment in advance is not received within 30 days of the order date, the order will be cancelled.
VI. Prices

1. Please note that offers in our Millefiori online shop may be limited in time. Details can be found in the respective product description.
2. All prices are final consumer prices, already include the statutory value added tax of currently 19% and are exclusive of shipping costs. The price at the time of the order applies.
3. For customers outside the EU:
Please note that customs duties may be payable upon shipment, which will be added to the final price of your order.

VII. Delivery and shipping costs

1. We deliver until there is no more stock of the article. If an item is sold out or not available at a certain time, we will notify you by e-mail by the working day following the order at the latest.
2. A resale of the goods is not permitted.
3. The delivery time depends on the payment method you have chosen.
If you have opted for advance payment, the goods will be dispatched at the latest on the working day following the crediting of the purchase amount. We would like to point out at this point that the transfer by a bank can take several days. We will only ship the goods after receipt of payment on our account.
4. All goods shown in the Millefiori online shop are in stock, unless it is expressly indicated in the respective shop product description by marking with a delivery period. Information about such a delivery period is non-binding, unless we have exceptionally promised a binding delivery date.
In case of unavailability of the ordered goods, we reserve the right not to deliver. In this case, we will inform you immediately and refund any consideration already received.
If, exceptionally, an item cannot be delivered or cannot be delivered immediately, you will receive a message. Of course, you can then change or cancel your order.
5. Our standard delivery time within Germany is 5 working days after receipt of payment (delivery is made by Deutsche Post). For any exceptions, please refer to the respective product page. We cannot promise a standard delivery time for deliveries outside Germany. Deliveries by us are subject to the proviso that we are not responsible for a lack of availability. If the standard delivery time cannot be adhered to, we will inform you automatically by e-mail.
6. For each order under 25.00 EUR, we charge a shipping and packaging fee of 4.20 EUR.

From an order value of 25.00 EUR, the shipping and packaging costs are only 3.50 EUR.

From an order value of more than 100.00 EUR, Millefiori assumes the shipping and packaging costs.

Shipping costs for European international shipments: 12,00 Euro.

8. If, for technical or logistical reasons, shipping takes place in several stages, we will only charge shipping costs once.

VIII. Warranty and Limitation of Liability

1. Information, illustrations, drawings, technical data, dimensions, weight and service descriptions contained in the product descriptions of the Millefiori online shop, in brochures, catalogues, information e-mails or newsletters, advertisements or price lists are of an informative nature only. We assume no liability for the correctness of this information. With regard to the type and scope of the delivery, only the information contained in the order confirmation is decisive.
We reserve the right to make colour deviations on the Internet or printed media as well as minor changes in the design of colour and materials.
Each glass bead is a handmade unique piece and cannot be made twice exactly the same. In the case of post-production, small deviations may occur.
2. If delivered items show obvious transport damage, please report such damage immediately to us or the deliverer who delivers the items. There is no obligation on your part to do so and is not a prerequisite for the assertion of your claims. However, we cannot otherwise assert any claims against the deliverer. Compliance with the above provision does not affect your statutory claims if you have ordered for private purposes as a consumer.
3. If there is a defect subject to warranty, you are entitled, within the framework of the statutory provisions, to demand supplementary performance or to withdraw from the contract.
The limitation period for warranty claims for the delivered goods is 6 months from their receipt.
Additional policies and FAQs
Do not wear jewelry when doing housework or gardening. 
Do not take your jewelry with you in the shower or in the sun, do not wear it during sports because sweat can act aggressively on the jewelry and lead to color changes. Protect your jewelry from contact with cosmetics, perfume, cleaning agents, etc. Do not put on your jewelry until you are done styling. Do not wear your jewelry in the swimming pool. 
Silver jewelry is somewhat more sensitive than gold and tends to oxidize (tarnish) and is therefore not a reason for complaint. Silver should be kept protected from light and airtight. If silver jewelry is stored in a plastic bag with a strip of aluminum foil, it remains beautifully bright.This applies not only to our articles, but generally to any kind of jewelry! Due to the complexity of this topic, we cannot accept any liability for the recommendations made here. If you have any doubts about the care of your piece of jewelry, we will be happy to advise you. We assume no liability for possible cases of skin irritation
4. We shall only be liable for damages other than those resulting from injury to life, body and health insofar as these are based on intentional or grossly negligent action or on culpable violation of an essential contractual obligation by us or one of our vicarious agents. Any further liability for damages is excluded. The provisions of the Product Liability Act remain unaffected.
