All our sales are custom built to your specifications. Nearly any hard drive size is available, and any game you can imagine can be used for the enclosure.
Please contact us for pricing. Please include the game and hard drive size in your request. Prices may vary depending on the rarity of the game requested. Since all items are custom made after you complete your purchase, please expect up to 3-5 business days before your item ships.

8Bit Memory is pleased to offer a 30 day refund and a 1 year replacement warranty on all our items. Up to 30 days after your purchase, you are entitled to a full refund for any reason, and all of our products are covered with a repair or replacement warranty for 1 year after the date of purchase.
In the event of a hard drive failure, contact us for replacement details. PLEASE back up your data! Data recovery is NOT COVERED under this warranty. If your hard drive is removed from the enclosure or if the enclosure has been opened, it is NOT COVERED under this warranty. If you have issues with your hard drive, please contact me immediately for return, repair, or replacement. Do not remove the drive yourself. If the enclosure has been opened or tampered with, the warranty will no longer be in effect. For a warranty replacement or repair, the drive MUST be returned for inspection. Return shipping charges are the customer responsibility.

International shipments may incur additional customs or taxes depending on the destination. These additional fees are the sole responsibility of the customer, and are non-refundable.
