Custom and personalised orders
Sometimes, at the request of our customers, we carry out customised orders ( depending on the supplies we have already in stock to concretize your beautiful projects ! )
So feel free to contact us so that we can see together what it is possible to carry out following your request. Drawings, sketches and inspirational images are of course always welcome.
Gift wrapping and packaging
ALL your orders are delivered in ORGANZA pouches : your item are already ready to be offered !
Each small object is packaged with care in an individual transparent cellophane plastic pouch ( not available for the bigger items )
Care instructions
We can not be held responsible for any inappropriate use you make of your purchases.
Do not wash with your jewelry, do not put it in contact with water, do not store it in a humid place : it will accelerate the oxidation of materials.
Frequent contact with perfume or eau de toilette ( any cosmetic containing alcohol ) can also degrade the varnish and the appearance of your jewelry.
In strong heat, we strongly advise against wearing your jewelry because perspiration ( sometimes too acidic ) accelerates the deterioration of the metal.
Avoid shocks, be delicate, store your jewels in a dry and safe place, do not sleep with your jewelry : they are resistant objects but nevertheless fragile if one does not handle them with precaution.
