How My Journey Began
Il mio percorso nella lettura intuitiva è iniziato molto prima che AdamReadings diventasse un negozio.
Fin da bambina, sono sempre stata profondamente sensibile alle persone, all'energia e alle emozioni che permeavano un ambiente. Spesso notavo cose che agli altri sembravano sfuggire: il cambiamento d'umore di qualcuno, la tensione dietro il silenzio, la sensazione che una persona portasse un peso sul cuore anche quando sorrideva e diceva di stare bene. All'epoca non avevo le parole per descriverlo. Sapevo solo di sentire la vita in modo molto intenso e di essere naturalmente attratta da ciò che si celava sotto la superficie.
Crescendo, quella sensibilità si è intensificata. Mi sono ritrovata affascinata dagli schemi emotivi che le persone ripetono, dal modo in cui le relazioni veicolano un'energia inespressa e da come certi legami possano risultare potenti, sconcertanti o capaci di cambiare la vita, senza una spiegazione chiara. Ero sempre alla ricerca di un significato: nelle persone, nel tempismo, nell'amore, nel dolore e nelle lezioni spirituali che spesso si rivelano solo dopo averle vissute.
Col tempo, quella che inizialmente mi sembrava una tranquilla intuizione si è trasformata in qualcosa di molto più profondo. Ho iniziato a imparare a fidarmi di essa, ad ascoltare con più attenzione e a comprendere la verità emotiva ed energetica che si cela dietro le situazioni che le persone portano nel cuore. Ho capito che il mio dono non consisteva solo nel percepire ciò che si nascondeva sotto la superficie, ma anche nell'aiutare gli altri a dare un nome a ciò che sentivano da sempre.
È così che è nato AdamReadings.
Ho creato questo spazio per persone che arrivano con emozioni e domande reali: persone confuse in amore, intrappolate in cicli dolorosi, attratte da qualcuno che non riescono a comprendere appieno, o semplicemente bisognose di chiarezza in momenti di incertezza. So che quando qualcuno mi contatta per una lettura, raramente è una cosa casuale. Di solito, porta con sé speranza, dolore, nostalgia, dubbi o la tacita sensazione che ci sia qualcosa di più nella propria situazione di quanto appaia in superficie.
Ecco perché affronto ogni lettura con cura, onestà e intenzione.
Per me, la guida spirituale non si basa su parole altisonanti o promesse vuote. Si tratta di aiutare le persone a sentirsi comprese. Si tratta di entrare in sintonia con gli strati emotivi ed energetici più profondi di una situazione e di offrire una comprensione che sia personale, confortante e autentica. Il mio obiettivo è sempre quello di creare letture che risuonino a un livello profondo, di quelle che ti fanno fermare e sentire che qualcosa dentro di te è stato finalmente compreso.

My journey into intuitive reading began long before AdamReadings became a shop.
Even as a child, I was always deeply sensitive to people, energy, and the emotions that filled a room. I would often notice things others seemed to miss — the shift in someone’s mood, the tension behind silence, the feeling that a person was carrying something heavy even when they smiled and said they were fine. Back then, I did not have the words for it. I only knew that I felt life very deeply, and that I was naturally drawn to what was hidden beneath the surface.
As I grew older, that sensitivity became stronger. I found myself fascinated by the emotional patterns people repeat, the way relationships carry unspoken energy, and how certain connections can feel powerful, confusing, or life-changing without any clear explanation. I was always searching for meaning — in people, in timing, in love, in pain, and in the spiritual lessons that often reveal themselves only after we have lived through them.
Over time, what first felt like quiet intuition became something much deeper. I began learning how to trust it, how to listen more carefully, and how to understand the emotional and energetic truth behind the situations people carry in their hearts. I realized that my gift was not only in sensing what was beneath the surface, but in helping others put words to what they had been feeling all along.
That is how AdamReadings was born.
I created this space for people who come with real emotions and real questions — those who feel confused in love, stuck in painful cycles, drawn to someone they cannot fully understand, or simply in need of clarity during uncertain moments in life.
