My small shop
Hey you! My name is Caroline and I live in Cuxhaven on the North Sea coast. With the Älska brand, I have fulfilled a heartfelt wish, because like most people, I also wanted to turn my hobby into a profession. I get to spend my life with many great and dear people and it was increasingly difficult for me to admire them with unique gifts.
Gifts with a personal touch make everyone happy. This thought led me to finally find a way to implement my creativity in a targeted manner. This is how the Älska brand was born. Älska is Swedish and means "to love". The word describes exactly what I do: loving, handmade products.
In order to reflect the beautiful nature of Sweden, the topic of sustainability is particularly close to my heart. So my textiles are made of organic cotton and also wood and recycled paper find appreciation with me.

With which service provider are the products shipped?
The parcels are sent by Hermes Versand and all letters are sent by Deutsche Post.
How long do I have to wait for my order?
I try to finish the orders as soon as possible. As a rule, the delivery time within Germany is 3 to 5 working days after receipt of payment, unless otherwise stated in the product description of the purchased product. In exceptional cases, the shipment may be delayed by a few days; I will inform you accordingly.
I found an error in my address, what can I do?
It is best to contact me immediately so that the address can be changed in time. If the parcel is already on its way, it is best to wait to see if it still arrives – some postmen know their delivery area very well and can assign parcels correctly. If it does not arrive, it is guaranteed to come back to us and I will send it again to the right address. Unfortunately, I have to charge you the shipping costs again.

I'm behind the brand, Caroline. But I must honestly confess that without the help of my dear mom I would not be able to process the many orders, especially at Christmas time.I process your order after my main job, where I work 40 hours a week. So I ask for your understanding if an order is slightly delayed.
