It started with a single clasp ... and grew like crazy!
ArgusCollection è uno di quei felici incidenti. Mi sono laureato all'università in Scienze dell'alimentazione proprio mentre il Covid colpiva. I lavori sul campo sono scomparsi e anche il mio trambusto laterale a vendere le mie creazioni di gioielli alle fiere dell'artigianato in estate si è prosciugato. Cosa fare? Avevo tonnellate di inventario dalla mia produzione di gioielli, quindi ho deciso di venderlo online. Una ragazza deve nutrirsi da sola! Ho gettato fermagli, reperti e perline nel mio negozio Etsy e speravo per il meglio. Con mia intensa sorpresa sono migliorato del meglio. Le cose hanno iniziato a vendere, e vendere e vendere. Con il passare dei mesi ho aggiunto sempre di più. Una sorpresa ancora più grande è stata quanto mi piacesse il lavoro e amassi il contatto con i clienti. Non riuscivo a smettere. Ora sono distributore esclusivo per una serie di linee tra cui le chiusure magnetiche Mag-Lok, Les Perles par Puca, la pelle e la catena Best Beads e le chiusure Hiilos. Il mio negozio è ormai la mia vita e molti dei miei clienti sono diventati amici. Avanti!
ArgusCollection is one of those happy accidents. I graduated from university in Food Sciences just as Covid hit. Jobs in the field disappeared and my side hustle selling my jewelry creations at craft fairs in the summer dried up too. What to do? I had tons of inventory from my own jewelry making so I decided to sell it on line. A girl has to feed herself! I threw clasps, findings and beads into my Etsy shop and hoped for the best. To my intense surprise I got better than the best. Things started to sell, and sell and sell. As the months went by I added more and more. An even greater surprise was how much I liked the work and loved the contact with customers. I just couldn’t stop. Now I am an exclusive distributor for a number of lines including Mag-Lok magnetic clasps, Les Perles par Puca, Best Beads leather and chain and Hiilos clasps. My shop is now my life and many of my customers have become friends. Onward!
