I’m very sorry to hear about this experience. I truly wish you had contacted me first — I would have been more than happy to help and resolve the issue quickly. I have tested the PDF on my end and all images print correctly. Issues like this can sometimes be caused by printer settings (e.g. “print text only” or ink-saving mode), an outdated PDF reader, printing from a mobile device, or an incomplete/corrupted download of the file (the PDF is 15 MB and image-heavy).
