Descubrí el mundo de las antigüedades cuando vivía en Seattle, siendo una joven profesional. Entré por primera vez en una tienda de antigüedades y me enamoré. Desafortunadamente, lo único que me podía permitir era un viejo cuenco de latón que se había vuelto verde con el paso de los años. No fue hasta años después que redescubrí mi pasión por las antigüedades y empecé a buscar en ventas de garaje, tiendas de segunda mano y mercadillos para decorar mi casa. Comencé a vender hace más de 20 años, y aunque me encanta todo lo vintage, he desarrollado un gusto por los diseños modernos de los años 50, 60 y 70. También me encanta seguir las tendencias de diseño, y tengo una variedad de artículos que no necesariamente se ajustan estrictamente a los límites del estilo "mid century", pero que de alguna manera conectan conmigo y con mi sentido de lo que es divertido, original, bello o simplemente genial.

I discovered the world of antiques when I was living in Seattle as a young professional. I walked into an antique store for the first time and fell in love. Unfortunately, the only thing I could afford was an old brass bowl that had turned green over the years. It wasn't until years later that I rediscovered my love for antiques and started shopping estate sales, thrift stores and tag sales to decorate my home. I started selling over 20 years ago, and while I love anything vintage, I have developed a taste for the modern designs of the 50s, 60s and 70s. I also love to follow the trends of design, and will have a variety of items that do not necessarily strictly follow the confines of "mid century" but that somehow speak to me and my sense of what is fun, playful, beautiful or just plain cool.
