For international orders we only accept PayPal. Payment is required at time of transaction. All orders placed and not immediately paid for will be canceled unless we hear from you.

All the items listed are ready to ship!

Please allow up to 3 working days from payment to pack and send the product.

If packages are kept at the customer's local post or custom office, it is the customer's responsibility to collect the items. No refunds shall be issued for non-collected items.
Customers are responsible for all costs and fees issued by the custom office.

Please Note:
Once shipped from Germany, it can take up to 2-3 weeks for international orders to arrive, but it usually takes less time.

If you need your order ASAP - please contact us prior to your purchase and we will send you a quote for express shipment.

Unfortunately, delays in the postal service (especially during holidays) are out of our control and not our responsibility.

If you like we can ship gifts to alternative addresses. Just let us know during checkout. If you would like a gift card to be included in your package we will be happy to include a small one free of charge.

To the benefit of our planet we try to reuse a lot of packaging materials. But don't worry: We will always make sure that the items will be safe and sound in their boxes.

When receiving your package always make sure that it's not damaged. Once you accept a damaged package the postal service cannot be held responsible for any damages anymore.
