I am Petra, the owner of Candelita. It is now a studio, where we produce candles and accessories for baptism and wedding. I started my business as a hobby and by the time it became to be my
full-time job.

About candle production I and my family-members care. We decorate candles by special wax sheets ( all are German production) or/and by special digital print.

Dana, is our Candelita member and she cares about all products which need tailoring. She studied on Design and Textile Faculty. We cooperate for more than 4 years and she is able to create almost everything from textile – ring pillows, wedding garters, wedding dressses and all accessories from textiles.


Iva – is our new member and she takes care about jewellery. Sice her childhood, she was always interested in handmade jewelry and accessories.
For production of jewelry we specialize in Czech glass products – beads, pearls, special crystals.

Nearly every week I travel to the north of Czech Republic in Jablonec nad Nisou for shopping some glass components - rondelles, chaton balls, stones set in cups. Jablonec is a town where is the Czech jewellery and glass industry settled. There are a lot of famous factories like Preciosa and also a lot of small producers. Currently there are around 75 to 80 companies producing beads, components, and costume jewellery.

Custom designs are welcome. We can create in one design wedding jewelry, ring pillow and garter if you wish.

Widerruf & Umtausch – Details
Returns:
We want you to be 100% satisfied with your order. If for any reason you would like to make a return or exchange, we will accept return within 14 working days after the day that you receive them. All our sold items (except the goods made to order or clearly personalised items) are backed with our promise of a full refund of purchase within 14 days if you are dissatisfied with your purchase in anyway. All returned items must be in their original packaging, not damaged.

How to cancel a purchase:

You must tell us that you want to cancel the purchase.

Not produced and sent the goods yet:
we will fully refund you max. till 14 days, (ussually till 3-5 days), amount you paid (value of the goods and shipping charges)

Sending the goods back:
It is not enough to just send the goods back. We will provide you with a model withdrawal form which you can use to tell us about your decision, but you don't have to use it.

You can inform us and send back the goods at the same time, for example, by adding a written statement with the goods that you are returning by post, or by sending e-mail.

You must send the unused goods back within 14 days.

We will always inform you who will pay the charges for returning the goods before you send the goods back.


Refunds:

The will give you a refund within 14 days of receipt of your cancellation, but we can delay refunding you if we haven't received the goods or evidence that you've returned them.

This refund will included any shipping charges you paid when you made your purchase. However, we may charge you delivery costs if you specifically requested non-standard (express) delivery.

It is kind of you if you send us a picture of damaged or "wrong produced" goods (For example wrong spelling for personalised items)


Exchange:

If you received the goods damaged or as not described,(also the item made for custom order or personalised items) please inform us in any way. We will always communicate with you how to exchange it or make a partial or full refund to you. In this case we always pay shipping charges for exchanged goods. Partial or full refund we will do max. till 14 days.

The ordered goods must be paid in advance by bank transfer within 7 working days. If within 7 days no transfer receipt to record and also no contact with me so expires the claim to this order.

Delivery is only against prepayment.

If delivery is made to non-EU countries, additional duties, taxes or fees may be payable by the customer, but not to the provider, but to the relevant customs or tax authorities. The customer is advised to check the details before ordering with the customs or tax authorities.

If the goods is lost during transport, we will send you a new goods or we will fully refund you amount of the goods and shipping charges.

In the sad event that Customs does hold your order past your departure/baptism/wedding date I am not responsible and sadly can't accept a return since each item is custom made specifically for you.

We are not responsible for undeliverable address and reserve the right to charge the shipping fee again for returned items due to wrong address.
