Thank you for your feedback. As stated in the listing description, this is a thick upholstery linen fabric and not 100% natural linen. Because of its heavier texture, we understand why it may resemble chenille at first glance, but it is not a chenille fabric.

Do you make custom sizes?
Yes. Most of our pillow covers, curtain panels, short window panels, cushion covers, and textile products can be made in custom sizes. If your desired size is not listed, please choose the closest larger size and write your exact measurement in the personalization box, or message us before ordering.
Do European Union customers need to pay customs duties?
For European Union orders up to €500, customs duties and import-related fees are covered by us when applicable.
This means EU customers should not receive surprise customs charges at delivery for eligible orders up to €500. If your order requires a special arrangement or needs to be split due to Etsy checkout limitations, please message us before ordering.
Do Canadian customers need to pay customs duties?
No. For orders shipped to Canada, customs duties and import-related fees are covered by us when applicable, so Canadian customers should not receive surprise customs charges at delivery.
Please note that any taxes collected by Etsy or local authorities at checkout are handled according to Etsy’s and the destination country’s rules.
Why can’t I place an order over €150 to France?
Due to EU VAT (IOSS) regulations, Etsy does not allow checkout for single orders over €150 for deliveries to France. Orders above this amount must be placed as separate orders. This is a system limitation set by Etsy and is not related to our shop.
Do US customers need to pay customs duties?
No. US customers do not need to pay any customs duties, import taxes, or import-related fees at delivery.
Before your package is shipped, we handle all required customs and import-related payments in advance, so there should be no surprise customs charges when your order arrives.
Do you accept custom and personalized orders?
Yes. We accept many custom size and personalized textile orders. Custom orders may take longer than standard orders depending on the size, fabric, and production details. Please message us if you need help before placing your order.
Are curtain panels sold individually or as a pair?
Most curtain listings are sold individually as 1 panel unless otherwise stated. For one standard window, most customers order quantity 2. For two windows, please order quantity 4. If you only need one side panel, you can order quantity 1.
