When will I be able to download my files?
You will be able to download the files as soon as the payment is confirmed - usually right away. In some cases Etsy's payment processing system might take a few minutes to mark the transaction as complete.
Where can I find my purchased files?
You can access all the files you have ever purchased on Etsy anytime by going to the "Purchases and reviews" section (You > Purchases and reviews).
What files will I receive?
All clipart images are transparent PNGs. PNGs are versatile and can be used in many design programs, as well as word processing programs. With transparent backgrounds, you can put images over any color.
If you need an unzipping program, I recommend WinZIP or WinRAR.
Do I need a commercial license?
