I have been making jewellery since 2009, when I treated myself to jewellery lessons as a pre-50th birthday present. I draw inspiration from fractals and from natural forms. My favourite technique is hand-forging.

Thank you for visiting ContraryMarySilver. My jewellery is hand-made in my studio in West Yorkshire, United Kingdom, mainly using sterling silver. Larger pieces are hallmarked at the Sheffield Assay Office - your guarantee of the quality of the metal used.

Shipping
Shipping turnaround on orders can be up to 5 weeks if the piece is made to order and requires hallmarking. If you have an urgent deadline, message me and I will see what I can do!
Orders will be shipped using Royal Mail tracked deliveries. These are generally delivered within one or two working days. Obviously, it takes longer to ship to addresses outside the UK! The purchaser will be responsible for any customs duty payments for overseas orders.
