Absolutely phenomenal service! I ordered my "Say Yes to the Dress" paddles from Sue, and I am absolutely blown away. From start to finish, her customer service was next-level—nothing was too much trouble for her, and she truly went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. Sue made them feel even more personal by being so incredibly meticulous; she was so particular when choosing the ribbon just to ensure they matched flawlessly. Not only was there a super quick turnaround, but the paddles themselves are absolutely beautiful and well above what I expected! The quality is amazing, and I will most definitely be using Sue again. Thank you so much!
