COVID, Then Back Surgery
Come abbiamo iniziato, beh, ovviamente è successo COVID e io (Julie) sono un'infermiera. Ho contratto il COVID dall'ospedale e sono stato giù per un mese prima di tornare al lavoro. Questo è un sacco di tempo libero per una persona impegnata a cui piace lavorare e aiutare gli altri. Circa 3 mesi dopo, ho avuto un intervento chirurgico alla schiena. Ciò significava altri 3 mesi di assenza dal lavoro. Mia madre (Chris) è uscita per aiutare me e mia moglie a navigare in questo momento difficile.
Ed è qui che tutto è cambiato, ha portato la sua macchina cricut! Mi sono innamorato e abbiamo lavorato fino alle 2:30 del mattino quasi tutte le sere imparando e godendoci il divertimento che la piccola macchina portava con sé. Anche mia madre è molto astuta con le sue mani. Ha fatto ghirlande per anni e l'ho incoraggiata a lasciarmi mettere online le sue bellissime creazioni. Quindi eccolo qui, è lì che siamo. Anche mia moglie (Amy) è stata attirata nel divertimento ultimamente. Siamo un trio di divertimento! Amiamo l'artigianato e siamo così entusiasti quando le persone trovano cose che amano dal nostro negozio !!

How did we start, well, of course COVID happened and I (Julie) am a nurse. I contracted COVID from the hospital and was down for a month before getting back to work. That is a lot of down time for a busy person who likes to be working and helping others. About 3 months later, I had back surgery. This meant another 3 months off of work. My mother (Chris) came out to help my wife and I navigate this difficult time.
And this is where it all changed, she brought her cricut machine! I fell in love and we worked till 2:30 am most nights learning and enjoying the fun that the little machine brought with it. My mother is also so very crafty with her hands. She has been making wreaths for years and I encouraged her to let me place her beautiful creations online. So there you have it, that is where we are. My wife (Amy) has also been pulled into the fun lately. We are a trio of fun! We love crafts and are so excited when people find things that they love from our shop!!
