よくある質問
Can I edit everything?
Editing varies by product. The Light & Window PDF set has seven editable event-detail fields; artwork, headlines, colors and fonts are fixed. Read each listing before purchase. No Canva template or SVG is included in the first offer.
How do I receive my files?
This is a digital product. After Etsy processes payment, download the supplied files from your Etsy purchase page in a web browser, extract the ZIP and follow Start Here. There is no physical shipment.
Can our church reuse the files?
One purchaser or local church/ministry may use the files for its own activities, including repeat events. Template resale, redistribution and customer design services are excluded.
I need help.
Message the shop through Etsy with the filename and a brief description of the problem. Remove personal details from screenshots. Etsy policies and applicable consumer rights apply.
