¡Hola! Soy Bret, un bebé de 1994, gamer de toda la vida y amante de lo extraño e inusual.
Cryptid Pixels empezó como garabatos desordenados en los márgenes de mis cuadernos y como ideas nocturnas de "¿qué pasaría si...?" inspiradas en juegos de terror, criaturas extrañas y música heavy. Siempre me han atraído las cosas un poco espeluznantes, un poco raras y muy tiernas, sobre todo cuando están envueltas en la cálida nostalgia del pixel art.
En 2022, finalmente me comprometí a hacer del arte una parte más importante de mi vida y lancé mi primer pin de esmalte. Ese pequeño proyecto se convirtió en una colección completa, y ahora creo pins, láminas, posavasos, grabados y todo lo que se me ocurre.

Hello! I'm Bret — a 1994 baby, lifelong gamer, and full-time lover of the strange and unusual.
Cryptid Pixels began as messy doodles in the margins of my notebooks and late-night “what if?” ideas inspired by horror games, odd creatures, and heavy music. I’ve always been drawn to things that are a little spooky, a little weird, and a lot cute — especially when wrapped in the warm nostalgia of pixel art.
In 2022, I finally committed to making art a bigger part of my life and released my very first enamel pin. That tiny project turned into a whole collection, and now I create pins, prints, coasters, engravings, and whatever else my weird little brain dreams up.
