5 out of 5 starsI have no complaints. I was able to insert it into an app for digitally marking the progress though I haven’t figured out how to alter the app for backstitching. That isn’t an issue to review here about though. I finished this piece in 16-17 days. 11-count Aida and 3 threads. As for the rating for customer service, I didn’t have to contact the seller about anything so I wish there was an option for “not applicable.”
