Returns and exchanges
I want all purchases to arrive at their destination happily and safely. If however you are not pleased with your order please feel free to contact me and we'll work out a way to make you happy again.
*CONTRACT OF SALE*
A sales contract is concluded by acceptance of your order. Acceptance of the order takes place orally, in writing or by execution of delivery.
*REFUND*
If the purchase contract is concluded exclusively by means of remote communication, then you are entitled to revoke your agreement of intent and thus rescind the purchase contract.
This cancellation must be made within two weeks of receipt of goods in writing, by post or e-mail, and should be sent to:

A claim for refund of the order amount does not apply if the value of the ordered item has received damage by use beyond the usual checking of goods or other circumstances that you have to defend, and that make a resale impossible.
The return is at your cost. When I received the goods, I will refund the purchase amount immediately to a bank account you selected.
Unfortunately I can not accept unfree and not prearranged returns, and I reserve the right to return them to you, or to make a reduction in the amount to be refunded.
