星 5 個のうち 5 個Leider ist es nicht zum angegebenen Zeitpunkt angekommen.Mussten noch zusätzlich Zoll Gebühren zahlen. Zum Produkt es sieht ok aus aber die Befestigung ist leider sehr schlecht.Jeder Buchstabe hatte einfach hinten ein kleines Stück Klebeband.es wäre auch hilfreich eine Klebeschablone mitzusenden da es sehr schwer war jeden Buchstaben grade zu kleben.Aber der Verkäufer war immer freundlich und hat immer geantwortet auf meine Fragen

We ship all orders under DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) terms, which means we handle shipping, delivery, and standard customs clearance to make the process as smooth as possible for you.
Please keep in mind that in some cases, your local customs office may apply extra import duties, taxes, or handling fees. Unfortunately, these additional costs are outside of our control and would need to be covered by you as the buyer.

Custom and personalized orders
Custom Products Policy
All of our signs are custom-made to fit your brand and design needs. To start production, we kindly ask you to provide your logo, preferred fonts, and design details.
Before production begins, we will send you a digital mock-up for review. Production only starts after your approval. Once approved, the order cannot be cancelled or returned, as it is made specifically for you.
We use only high-quality materials to ensure your sign is both stylish and durable. All our signs come with a 2-year warranty, and in the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged during shipping, we will replace it at no additional cost.

Sizing details
Product Dimensions & Custom Design Policy
Our acrylic signs have a material thickness of 8 mm, while circular signs have a thickness of 10 cm. For circular signs, the listed measurement represents the diameter of the sign.
For acrylic wall signs, the listed width includes your logo’s total width, and the height is automatically scaled proportionally to maintain correct proportions. For metal illuminated signs, the listed width is provided, with height scaled accurately to match your logo. Please clearly specify LED color, metal finish, and whether illumination is from the front or back.

For bulk orders of circular, square, or other signs without logos, please contact us before placing your order to receive accurate pricing and ensure smooth processing.
If you have multiple signs and each includes a different custom logo, it is important that you get in touch with us before ordering. We will help you provide all logos correctly and offer a tailored bulk price for your order.
