星 5 個のうち 1 個I had a very traumatic experience with the seller, as he was trying to bargain over my star rating in exchange for processing a refund for an item that arrived in a different size than the one I ordered. Furthermore, despite his error, I had to pay for the return shipping myself, as the seller refused to provide me with a prepaid return label.

星 5 個のうち 1 個The dress arrived quickly, however unfortunately the quality did not match the listing photos or my expectations for the price. The material felt thin and itchy, and the dress lacked the structure shown in the pictures such as boning/support in the bodice. There was also no silicone grip at the front to help keep the dress in place. Customer service initially responded quickly and offered a refund without return, which I appreciated. However, after waiting for the refund I had to follow up again and felt uncomfortable being repeatedly asked about leaving a positive review before the refund had been processed. In the end, I had to open an Etsy case in order to receive the refund. Overall, while communication remained polite, I was disappointed with both the quality of the dress and the handling of the refund process.
