To prolong your design, turn inside out and wash in cold water. Use non-chlorinated detergent. No fabric softener. Hand dry or tumble dry on lowest setting. If needed, iron shirt inside out. Don't iron over design directly.

All designs are digitally hand drawn for Enchanted Treads and Ink. Items sold are for personal use and wear only. You may not replicate, share, or sell these files or designs. If terms of use is violated, you will be held legally liable for all damages, pecuniary, and otherwise.

All our items are made to order. This means that the item you select is not printed or produced until your order is placed. As such, I do not accept returns or exchanges. Please check your size using the size chart provided with the item description before placing your order. We can't offer a refund, if you have ordered the wrong size. This statement also coinsides to phone cases. Please make sure you have ordered the right model that fits your phone. We can not offer a refund if it does not fit.

Please make sure your shipping address is correct, before placing order. If your item is mailed back to the printers, I can't offer a refund as this is a made to order item.

Enchanted Threads is not associated with the Walt Disney Company, Marvel, or Universal Studios. All artwork is personally drawn by "artist/owner" with inspiration drawn from likeness and themes from movies and attractions. Designs are all artist's personal interpretation of characters and themes.

Enchanted Threads uses a direct-to-garment printing facility. When unpacking your item, you might notice a "vinegar-like" smell. The chemical is a fixation agent applied during the printing process to help the ink bond with the fabric and prevent flaking. The smell with dissipate once garment is aired out of the package.

Please allow for 5-7 business days for your order to ship from the printing facility. Shipping may take longer depending on the time of year. Please refer to shipping estimate date when you check out. Some accessories and home products may ship separate from your entire order, as these are printed in a different facility than apparel. Don't worry, refer to your tracking to see what has shipped within your order.

At this time, Enchanted Threads does not offer expedited or overnight shipping. Please plan accordingly when making a purchase so it arrives before your trip.

Cancellations have to be made within 10 hours of purchase. As all items are made to order, once the item goes into Fulfillment, the order cannot be cancelled.

At this time, Enchanted Threads will not be shipping to European Countries and Ireland until further clarification is made on the GPSR. If your order is placed past December 13, 2024 with a European/Ireland address your order will be cancelled. This is very disheartening at this time for small business owners and for fellow magical lovers. We hope to accommodate our European and Irish friends in the near future.
