These fabrics are printed in Germany with responsibly sourced cotton and natural dyes - AND IT SHOWS! These fabrics are fabulous! The fabric with armadillos is to create awareness about the threat of their extinction. What is not to love about fabrics that are thoughtfully designed and made? <3

Thank you for the great personalized customer service with card, gift wrapping and fabric samples. I hadn't actually selected it and had it done after attentive inquiry by the saleswoman. I had ordered in the evening and the next morning it was already sent. Excellent!
It has ensured on time for bright eyes of the gifted child and his parents.
Thank you thank you thank you. :)
Nature must be felt - Alexander von Humboldt
In the spring of 2018, we converted a Sprinter in New York because we wanted to be more in the open countryside. Since then, when we are in the USA, we travel minimalistically through the diverse nature. Our ecological footprint is not ideal simply because we have families on two continents. But that's exactly the reason to tell us that we no longer want to fly to America just for two weeks, but to combine it with family travel times. In our everyday lives, we try to be as sustainable as possible and not wasteful. But of course, that doesn't always work.
The topic of children & family has accompanied me, Kristin, even before the birth of Ilsa. Already as a teenager I taught children to play handball, organized tent camps and other great things. In my early 20s, I worked on a cruise ship in the Kids Club, which later, when I was in my late twenties, led me to a new cruise line where I built up and managed the entire family area for nine years. Here I was able to implement many of my visions. I then gave up this passionate job for our trip in the van, because I needed a new, fresh wind again and reached certain limits in my former company with my ideas on the subject of family-friendliness and sustainability.
Especially the change between America and Germany often shows us how different approaches to children, family-friendliness and sustainability are. In the future, we would like to implement our experience and creative ideas in a variety of ways with Evergreen Vagabonds.
Evergreen Vagabonds was initially the name for an interactive hands-on book for traveling families.
Our Journey & Ilsa inspired us so much that we started to develop sustainable products. In addition, a small children's picture book was created, which is currently lovingly illustrated.
If you are already in the mood for the stories, listen to our podcast. The adventures of Ilsa and jet lag. Found on iTunes, SoundCloud & Spotify.
In the future, as Ilsa grows up, we hope to develop even more loving products that are particularly useful when traveling and in the great outdoors.
The book idea thus became a small family business, which we carry out in addition to our main professions and travel. And the book? Of course, this will also appear at some point.
