Cute tiny turtle. Took a long time to dispatch, it was over the Christmas period but there were quite a few working days so I presumed it would be sent much sooner than it was. Also, the packaging was not very thoughtful. I must have got the end of the bag of paper shreds, because when I opened the little box, my bed blanket and carpet got covered in paper dust. And because it was so fine, it happened again to a lesser extent in the kitchen as I put it in recycling, and I was really careful! This might not seem like a big deal but to someone with hidden disabilities it really is

Thanks for the feedback on packaging Kate - and we're delighted you like the Turtle. We mostly use wood shavings so will stick with those in future. As for delivery, as I explained, the Turtle was posted within the delivery window specified on our Etsy shop site, despite me dealing with some health and personal challenges. 2nd class delivery will have meant that you fell foul of all the Christmas bank holidays so the package was delayed. We're sorry you were disappointed but hope you're happy with your Turtle now they're with you.
