Shelly “Flash” Clemmons, het hart en de ziel achter Flash’s Place, is een gehandicapte weduwe met een krachtig transformatieverhaal. Flash, een hervormde verslaafde en voormalig crimineel, besteedt haar gouden jaren aan het nastreven van een betekenisvolle erfenis door anderen te verheffen. Met elke stap van haar reis heeft ze een doel gevonden in het teruggeven en bewijzen dat het nooit te laat is om een verschil te maken.

Onze nieuwe eigenaar, Erneisha Maze, zet deze erfenis voort en belichaamt kracht, vastberadenheid en gratie. Als alleenstaande moeder doet Erneisha er alles aan om een mooie toekomst voor haar kinderen te creëren en tegelijkertijd de waarden te eren waarop Flash's Place is gebouwd. Ze is er trots op om te vertegenwoordigen wat het betekent om het "volgende juiste ding" te doen en om leiding te geven als een #WomanOwnedBusiness, #BlackOwnedBusiness en #SmallBusiness die zich inzet om onze gemeenschap te ondersteunen.

De kern van Flash's Place is een visionaire leider die ideeën omzet in
realiteit. Met een passie voor het maken en een onwrikbare toewijding om te helpen
anderen blinken uit; deze drijvende kracht is de lijm die het bedrijf bij elkaar houdt.
Van het ontwerpen van innovatieve producten tot het opbouwen van echte verbindingen met klanten,
ze stort haar creativiteit en energie in elk project. Gevoed door het geloof
in tweede kansen en de kracht van de gemeenschap streeft ze ernaar om Flash's Place
naast Flashy Digital is Transfers & Blanks niet alleen een merk maar een familie voor
iedereen die zijn dromen najaagt, daarom is ze hun gesponsorde Crafty begonnen
Creatives Club - ongeacht je knutselniveau - totale beginner of doorgewinterde
veteraan het is een GRATIS levenslang lidmaatschap in een besloten Facebook-groepscommunity
dat een plek zal zijn waar iedereen kan samenkomen, contacten kan leggen en steun kan vinden,
middelen, verantwoording en meer om de liefde en vriendelijkheid aan anderen te verspreiden door niet
het toestaan van poortwachters - maar het zijn van een stevig fundament van steun voor haar Craft Fam
behoeften. Elke stap die wordt gezet, wordt aangestuurd door de missie om te verheffen, inspireren en te versterken
anderen. Net zoals het een dorp kost om een kind op te voeden, kost het een gemeenschap om
realiseer je dromen... wat de ultieme visie is voor Crafty Creatives Club - om
die veilige ruimte om twijfels te overwinnen, om vragen te kunnen stellen zonder angst voor
onbeschofte, onterechte antwoorden die niet relevant of nuttig zijn, dat ondersteuningssysteem moet er zijn
door dit alles heen, terwijl we elkaar overeind houden - vooruitstuwend om alles te zijn wat we kunnen
kan zijn - om ons succesverhaal te bereiken omdat we het waard zijn, en we verdienen niets minder.

Als trotse stille partner van Flash's Place sta ik achter de visie en waarden
die dit merk uniek maken. Mijn rol is geworteld in ondersteuning: het leveren van de middelen,
vertrouwen en ruimte die nodig is om het bedrijf te laten floreren. Ik word geïnspireerd door de
veerkracht, passie en creativiteit van de oprichter van Flash's Place en ik ben er trots op
zie het bloeien onder leiding van zijn drijvende kracht. Terwijl ik achter
de scènes, mijn toewijding om de gemeenschap te versterken en de geest van
Flash's Place is onwrikbaar. Samen bouwen we aan iets dat niet alleen
succesvol maar zeer betekenisvol.

Wij kunnen niet wachten tot jullie allemaal deel uitmaken van de gemeenschap en betekenisvolle contacten leggen die jullie de rest van je leven zullen helpen.

Ter informatie - voordat er ooit verwarring ontstaat over claims van diversiteit, Flash is niet zwart, maar Erneisha "Shae" wel en het is nu haar bedrijf om mee door te gaan terwijl ik ouder word en mijn gezondheid achteruitgaat... en Shae op de hoogte te brengen van wat ze moet doen en hoe lol - ze is een fantastisch persoon en moeder, dus de keuze was gemakkelijk te maken toen ik nadacht over hoe ik mijn erfenis kon laten voortleven... bovendien zeggen mijn buren allemaal dat ik toch maar een lichte huid heb...

Verspreid liefde en vriendelijkheid, het kost je helemaal niets en kan het verschil maken tussen iemand die de volgende statistiek wordt. Je weet niet wat de volgende persoon doormaakt en zelfs een kleine glimlach in hun richting kan het verschil maken in de wereld.

see it flourish under the leadership of its driving force. While I work behind
the scenes, my commitment to empowering the community and sharing the spirit of
Flash's Place is unwavering. Together, we are building something that’s not only
successful but deeply meaningful.

FYI - before there is ever any confusion about diversity claims, Flash is not black, but Erneisha "Shae" is and it's her company now to carry on with as I continue to age and decline in health... and get Shae up to speed on what to do and how lol - she is a fantastic person and Mom, so the choice was easy to make when I thought about how to make my legacy live on... besides that my neighbors all say II am just a light skin anyway ...
