First of all, thank you for stopping by and reading through my shop policies.
All the toys in this shop are handmade items Please, note that they are all handmade and unique and although I may use the same patterns sometimes, no two are exactly alike.
I use good quality natural materials like cotton yarn and fabric, wool felt. Some toys are completely child friendly and some of them, due to small parts (like buttons and eyes) are not suitable for children who are still in their chewing stage.

Please note that your order cannot be delivered until after payment has been received.

Some items in my shop are ready to be shipped and some of them are made to order.
Within the Netherlands shipping usually takes about 2-3 working days.
Typically, international orders take from 3-6 weeks for delivery, but can take up to 8 weeks. Please note: I am not responsible for any customs fees or taxes incurred on your international order.
Packages which pass through the customs in your country will sometimes be delayed due to their own clearance and postal distribution performances. Public holidays, seasonal periods or weather conditions will affect the speed of your postal service's performance too.
** Note: Seasonal / holiday seasons are the busiest periods and they are the cause of delivery delays. Please always allow extra days on top of my above stated timeline. As most packages travel with no track and trace codes, the chances of tracking your package/s are zero.
