1 out of 5 starsMy rug did not meet any expectations. I asked repeatedly for them to send a photo before shipment, and they refused. This rug is 2-D and flat, compared to the original photo. This is deceptive and absolutely the wrong color. This is a scam do not use these people. I asked for a return and they are telling me the rug looks nice in my home. I do not want a cheap version of a rug I paid nearly $700 for. Absolutely disappointed. I will not remove this review unless the seller takes this return. This was a lot of money to put into a cheap looking, discolored rug.

Hello Raina, We are sorry that the rug did not meet your expectations. This was a custom-made order produced according to the buyer's requested specifications. Prior to ordering, the buyer specifically requested a polyester version instead of the New Zealand wool version shown in the original listing. Different materials absorb dyes differently and can result in variations in color, texture, and pile appearance. The rug was handmade, custom produced, and delivered as ordered. Throughout the process, we made every effort to fulfill the requested customization and provide quality workmanship. We value every customer and always strive to resolve concerns fairly and professionally.
