**Parcel and packet services to Australia and New Zealand!!**
Increased safety protocols and restricted flight capacity to Australia and New Zealand are creating delays for customers. Some items may be delivered 20 to 30 days beyond published delivery standards. Thank you for understanding!


Estimated delivery times after an item ships:
CANADA: 3 - 5 business days (up to 1 month)
USA: 3 - 10 business days (up to 1 month)
INTL: 7 - 14 business days (up to 2 month)

Please note that delivery times are only an estimate and will vary depending on your location and local postal services.


Two types of shipping:
1. Letter (Flat items only! ex. Stickers)
2. Parcel (Untracked or Tracked)

Lettermail shipping:
• All orders with flat items will be sent as lettermail, untracked
• Items will be sent in a either a bubble or rigid mailers

Parcel shipping:
• If your order contains non flat items, it will be sent as a parcel/small packet
• It will be untracked but there is an option for you to add tracking. Price varies based on weight/location
• To receive your order sooner or to know where it currently is located, I suggest to add tracking before placing an order
• Items will be sent in a either a bubble or rigid mailers

Lost Order?
• For tracked orders, we will either send a replacement or offer a refund (if tracking shows order being stuck or no longer track able)
• Replacement/refund will not be offered unless the status of your order remains in the same location for at least 2+ months
• If tracking shows your order has been delivered but you did not receive the package, please reach out to your local post office as there is not much we can do on our end
• UNTRACKED orders WILL NOT be replaced or refunded

Damaged Package?
• Please contact me with pictures/proof that the items inside the package were damaged
• There are no refunds (unless something in your order is out of stock) but I will offer to re-send your order

Import Taxes
***Please note: I am not responsible for import fees, duties/charges, or taxes that may apply to your country. Buyers are responsible for any of the charges mentioned above. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.***


Please keep in mind that we cannot control shipping times. Once orders get dropped of at the post office, it is out of our hands. Thank you for understanding!
