Of course, everything has its beginning, I can't remember where my creativity began. It's just always been like this. Every material and every technique interests me and wants to be tested by me. Since I have been doing Christmas markets for 16 years, my attention is very much focused on these special items. I noticed more and more how much cheap goods from Asia are on the Christmas counter and I had the irrepressible desire to create more beautiful and valuable things. Things that highlight the "spirit of Christmas" and attention to detail. So I started with the old technique of cotton wrapping and over the years I have found more and more to my own style. Other techniques have been added that express my creative and humorous nature.

Natürlich hat alles seinen Anfang, an den wo meine Kreativität begann, kann ich mich nicht erinnern. Es war einfach immer schon so. Jedes Material und jede Technik interessiert mich und will von mir erprobt werden. Da ich seit 16 Jahren Weihnachtsmärkte mache, ist mein Augenmerk sehr auf diese speziellen Artikel gerichtet. Mir fiel immer mehr auf, wieviel Billigware aus Asien auf den weihnachtlichen Tresen liegen und ich hatte den unbändigen Wunsch Schöneres und Wertigeres zu schaffen. Dinge, die den "Geist der Weihnacht" und die Liebe zum Detail hervorheben. Also begann ich mit der alten Technik des Wattewickelns und habe mit den Jahren immer mehr zu meinem eigenen Stil gefunden. Es sind noch andere Techniken hinzu gekommen, die meinen kreativen und humorvollen Wesen ihren Ausdruck geben.
