With Heart & Sage I stand for creativity, deep dive and powerful transformation. Everything we need for this is already in us and we can discover it at our own pace.

With powerful tools I would like to support you to make room in your head, to gently embark on the journey into your inner world, to go on a healing journey of discovery there and to root yourself back in the here and now.

There was a time when I was constantly worried. Worries about the past, worries about the future, my now consisted of stress and anxiety. Plant wisdom, meditation and introspection have helped me break this pattern and take good care of myself. I meditate regularly and have been able to experience wonderful transformations in my practice with the medicinal plant Cacao and feel it is a wonderful opportunity to go down and look into my heart with peace and love.

I would like to pass this on and have created my heart & sage card set in a first step. So you can go on your inner journey at your own pace and carefully transform.

The guided meditations are written, recorded and recorded by myself. I have chosen the music appropriately, so that you can sink completely into yourself,

Mit Herz & Salbei stehe ich für Kreativität, Deep Dive und kraftvolle Transformation. Alles was wir dafür brauchen steckt bereits in uns und wir dürfen es in unserem eigenen Tempo entdecken.

Mit kraftvollen Tools möchte ich dich unterstützen Platz im Kopf zu machen, dich behutsam auf die Reise in deine innere Welt zu begeben, dort auf Entdeckungsreise zu gehen und dich zurück im Hier und Jetzt zu verwurzeln.

Es gab eine Zeit, da habe ich mich ständig gesorgt. Sorgen um die Vergangenheit, Sorgen um die Zukunft, mein Jetzt bestand aus Stress und Angst. Pflanzenweisheit, Meditation und Innenschau haben mir geholfen dieses Muster zu durchbrechen und mich gut um mich selbst zu kümmern. Ich meditiere regelmäßig und habe in meiner Praxis mit der Heilpflanze Cacao wundervolle Transformationen erleben dürfen und empfinde es als wunderbare Möglichkeit runterzufahren und mit Ruhe und Liebe in mein Herz zu schauen.

Das möchte ich gerne weitergeben und habe in einem ersten Schritt mein Herz & Salbei Kartenset kreiert. So kannst du ganz in deinem Tempo auf deine innere Reise gehen und behutsam transformieren.

Die geführten Meditationen sind von mir selbst geschrieben, eingesprochen und aufgenommen. Die Musik dazu habe ich passend ausgewählt, so dass du ganz in dir selbst versinken kannst,
