Can I change my address after placing an order?
We accept address changes only up to two hours after you place your order; after that, we do not accept changes.
Do you accept exchanges or returns?
Due to the made-to-order nature of our products, we can only accept returns or exchanges if your item arrives misprinted, damaged, defective, or is not the size you ordered (i.e., incorrectly labeled). Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so we can assess and correct the problem. PLEASE NOTE! It is not possible to exchange an item for a different size or color. If you are unsure of your size, please refer to our size charts; we have one for each item listed in the product images. If possible, please measure your favorite shirt from armpit to armpit and from top to bottom.
How long will it take for my product to arrive?
It takes us between 2 and 5 days (3 on average) to produce and ship the products. Then you must add shipping time (5-7 business days) to that, which is the average time for delivery.
