Frequently asked questions
How long will it take to process my order?
Wall Art Orders: Once your order is placed, it takes about 2-4 business days to process, print, and package your order. However, express shipping is available upon request, just send us a message.
Orders Containing Pillow Covers, Totes, and other items: All items other than wall art prints will ship separately from your prints. These items are made to order, so they take a little longer to prepare- expect 7-9 business days before shipping.
Do you ship internationally?
We do! International orders ship via USPS with tracking. They can take up to 3 weeks to arrive, depending on the location. Send us a message for a custom shipping quote.
Can I return my order?
Why, of course!
We do our very best to ensure your orders are carefully packaged and safely delivered, but accidents do happen after the leave us. If there is any problem with your order when it arrives, please send us a message and we will get back with you as quick as we can.
All domestic orders must be returned unopened and unused within 7 days of receipt to receive a refund (please note that shipping costs are non-refundable).
All international sales are final and are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
How do you ship your items?
All prints 8x10 and smaller ship in a sturdy, bend-resistant, chipboard mailer. Prints 11x14 or larger ship rolled in a mailing tube. Mugs ship in boxes with protective and decorative paper fill, and totes, pillows, and blankets ship in a poly mailer.
Can you change a print listed in your shop to include my dog?
Prints listed in the shop are reproductions of watercolor paintings, and cannot be changed to include your pet.
Can you paint my dog?
At certain times of the year, yes, we do offer original pet portraits painted by Debra St. Germain. Using your photos and ideas, Debra will create a custom portrait for you within three weeks. Prices start at $135 for an 8x10 watercolor painting. Send us a message if you have any questions or to request a custom painting.
Can you paint my Uncle Steve?
Sadly no, we only offer paintings of animals at this time.
When will you answer my email?
We try our very best to answer each email within 24 hours.
Do You Sell Digital Downloads?
In order to protect the copyright and quality of my artwork, I do not offer digital prints/ instant downloads of my designs.
