5 na 5 gwiazdekPost-Review Edit: Seller reached out and we came to a resolution. I’m very satisfied with the customer service :). Never received my item and had to purchase again at full price. Seller sent an automated message and a personal one told to wait for order purchased two weeks before Canada Post strike and just an automated message two weeks after strike ended. Etsy issued a refund.

How are your items shipped in Canada and USA?
To keep cost low for you, we ship most items via Canada Post regular mail - which does not come with tracking. If you would like to upgrade to tracked shipping, please include the "Expedited Parcel" listing to your order.
For item-sensitive purchases, we highly recommend adding the expedited parcel listing.
Care instructions
All items are handmade by me and is meant to be used as decor purposes only. They are not meant to be played with - so please ensure to keep it out of reach from young children.
When you product arrives, gently unpack your item. You can also choose to comb the fringe of your rainbow with a fork to straightening it back out.
